Yay! I finally got my copy of Delirium~ and its on sale too! Only got it for Php 252.00 from its original price of Php 315.00. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the fact that Pandemonium was on sale then too! If only i had waited for a few days before buying it i couldve bought it for 315.00 instead of 395.00.. *sigh* Oh well~

Anyway, there were LOTS of Delirium and Pandemonium  at National bookstore when i went the other day and i also remember being surprised when i saw that it even has its own shelf all to its own! When my friend who's name was also Lauren (same as the author) pointed this tiny sign above the books saying that Lauren Oliver would be having a book signing here in the Philippines at March 25! I WAS SOOO EXCITED~ especially i eventually got to read it that i even took the sign off the shelf just to get a better picture off it. As of right now i have no idea on what my schedule would be on that day but hopefully i could get an off then. *prays*

Bought another book a few days ago~ :D Another one of Lauren Oliver's books~ remember how i bought my first one a month ago, i think? I loved it and got addicted to the excerpt of one of her newer books which is Delirium. So i tried finding it at different bookstores to no avail. Both the paperback and the hardbound are out of stock everywhere :(. So since i anticipated that the next book, which is Pandemonium, would be out of stock too in the near future i just bought it instead and opted to wait  for Delirium to get in stock again. :)) Still haven't read this though because i want to finish the Delirium first as Pandemonium is its sequel. So yeah~

Anyway for those who want to read the excerpts of both Delirium and Pandemonium, Harper teen has provided them online~ Check it here. Its really really good~! I am a person who is Pro-piracy in a certain way, but i  encourage people to please buy their own copies and support the writer :). Bought this book for Php395.oo btw, im still not sure how much Delirium costs though but i think its a bit lesser? I guess i would eventually know when i buy my own copy.. haha..

Bought a new book again yesterday~ :D Remember the other books i bought before? I never did read them, never got around to it, yeah that excuse again hahaha. But i'm going to read them for sure! :D Promise~ I actually saw this book yesterday while i was waiting for Ara at the bookstore. The cover attracted me especially when i saw the New York Times Bestseller part, so i hurriedly read the description at the back. The story's pretty intriguing and i realized that it was cheap too when i checked the price! Only Php349.00 for a paperback bestseller~ and obviously i immediately bought it. I'm gonna try to finish it later!

Anyway, as i was researching about this earlier, i learned that they were gonna make it into a movie this year! There was no list of the cast yet and the movie is still in its developing stage. I seriously hope it pushes through because I am so looking forward to watching this movie! Learning about the movie also made me more excited to read the book.. <3

Self-help books

I've suddenly become interested in self help books, so when i passed by National Bookstore a week ago i decided to get myself some. There was a lot to choose from and most of them were cheap especially the local ones. Hopefully i wont be too busy to read them nor get tempted to use the internet that often (which is what usually happens.. lol..)

As you can see i bought 3 of them, I felt like i needed these books to guide me in my life :P lol..

Php165.00! Most books of this type usually retail for 200.00+ 

Not your ordinary money saving self-help book! lol.. xD Only Php 50.00 :D

Because i need to learn on how to properly relate to people~ *social recluse here*

I covered these books before taking pictures of them = shiny + light and camera reflection, it never occured to me to take pictures first.. xD oh well..

Oh, and i got myself a 2012 calendar too! only Php 50.00~ and it also has different verses for 

each day! <3 I put the dreamcatcher that i got from Camiguin over it too.. :D
