Self-help books

I've suddenly become interested in self help books, so when i passed by National Bookstore a week ago i decided to get myself some. There was a lot to choose from and most of them were cheap especially the local ones. Hopefully i wont be too busy to read them nor get tempted to use the internet that often (which is what usually happens.. lol..)

As you can see i bought 3 of them, I felt like i needed these books to guide me in my life :P lol..

The summary at the back of the book (i know it isn't called summary, but i forgot the term~)
called on to me~ i felt like it was talking about me so i decided to go for this too.. and its only
Php165.00! Most books of this type usually retail for 200.00+

Not your ordinary money saving self-help book! lol.. xD Only Php 50.00 :D

Because i need to learn on how to properly relate to people~ *social recluse here*
This book is only Php108.00 btw..

I covered these books before taking pictures of them = shiny + light and camera reflection, it never occured to me to take pictures first.. xD oh well..

Oh, and i got myself a 2012 calendar too! only Php 50.00~ and it also has different verses for
each day! <3 I put the dreamcatcher that i got from Camiguin over it too.. :D

IV Therapy Training!

I've been training for my IVT license plus the completion this past few weeks thus the lack of post T__T but i did try to bring my camera with me everytime just so i could take pictures and post about it after. Truth is i'm not yet finish with my cases because the first day of our completion was on a holiday so there were only a few cases then *excuses* and we prioritized the wrong stuff so we ended up not finishing by our deadline.

Anyway so IVT at V Luna costs about Php 2,400 which makes them one of the institutions here in the Philippines that offers the cheapest rates, compared to let's say Veterans (Php 3200). Snacks in the morning, lunch and snacks in the afternoon were inclusive of the payment and they were from Jollibee mind you, not just some random canteen food. :) During the start of the training we were given a green envelope from ANSAP and it contains a booklet/checklist of instructions and guidelines, pen, small filler for notes and an illustration of the nerves on our hands. The venue was pretty packed as a lot of people came to get their training there, not really a good thing because i had a hard time seeing the demonstrations of the procedure, seeing that i was seated in a really far corner. Lecturers were pretty boring (except for one) that i almost fell asleep that one time.. orz. I even wondered if the other institutions have better and much livelier discussions. Oh well...

Here are few of the photos that we had during the training. :)

Got my passport today!!

Yay!! Finally after waiting for more than a month i finally received my passport today! :D So glad i got it shipped instead of going back to DFA which would be such a waste of time. lol.. and at last i finally am able to use the passport cover that i bought before.. hihi.. It fits perfectly but i had a hard time putting the passport in without folding or tearing it up.. lol..

I look like as if i was on drugs in the picture.. orz.. but never mind, im just happy
that i already got it.. haha.. :D

Kimi ni Todoke~

I discovered that one of my favorite anime, Kimi ni todoke, already has a season 2~! The whole 2nd season is done and over with after 12 episodes :) It was pretty sad that i only learned of the second season now that its over but wth, better late than never~ lol.. I finished watching everything yesterday at animeantu because the videos loads much faster there unlike in others.

Basically the season 2 revolved around Kazehaya and Kuronoma confessing to each other. THAT'S IT. Everything just dragged on for so long because they can't seem to blurt everything they feel for each other. Too many complications really and should easily be over in about 2 episodes if i were to change it to give more space for other things that could happen, but i still like it nevertheless. It was real. The positive was they gave room for the "feelings" to be explored and be better understood its just that that's the only major thing that happened if you ignore the other details of the story. And because of the lack 'events' of im hoping for a season 3~ :D

I love both the opening and ending songs too btw~ Here's the opening :)

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan

A few days ago as i was looking for another good manga to read and wasn't able to find one that interests me, i suddenly remembered a manga that i had read before that i really liked but can't remember the title. So i did my best to search for it everywhere using bits of information that i remember and at long last i was able to find it! Hoooray for watashitachi no shiawase na jikan!! :D Seriously one of the best yet heart breaking mangas i've read~ I would definitely recommend this :)

SUMMARY:
"A pianist who attempted suicide 3 times, Juri, is taken to help her aunt at a prison where murderers who killed indiscriminately are sentenced to death. There, she meets a man named Yuu who took the lives of 3 people. A mother's antagonism--a brother's death... Together they embrace the violent rebellion in their hearts caused by the large, deep scars they carry. However, before long, they both embrace an earnest hope in their hearts. "I want to live".(Source: Mangaupdates)

Rock as Juan @ UP

Last week Monday Joy, Twinkle and I decided to have a picnic scheduled at UP's Sunken Garden on 11.11.11 (yep that date again). We asked some of our friends to come with us until eventually there were 6 of us. I went to NR's opening first then met them at McDonalds in Philcoa, well more like WAITED, good thing Joy came only a few minutes after me so i wasn't bored. I was feeling really nauseous though cause i slept in late in the morning, so the rest that i got from waiting was actually something i should be grateful for.. lol.. pretty ironic if you ask me. xD haha..

Nature Republic @ SMF

So last 11.11.11, was Nature Republic's opening at SM Fairview. I saw it as a chance to finally come to their opening, and score freebies~ xD *cough*, since i missed going to their opening at SM North about a week before cause i had my appointment at DFA that day.

I came in a few hours late and wasn't able to witness the ribbon cutting, but i don't really mind that cause i won't be able to go inside immediately anyway. They had the first 1 1/2 hour of the opening strictly for bloggers only. I only learned of that in the absolute last day of sending the application and at the last hour at that too~ so they probably didn't even get to see my email.. but im not much of a blogger anyway so i don't really care.

It was already brimming with people when i got there that i almost can't even reach the products i wanna try. The place was smaller than i expected too but it still has most of their products nevertheless.

DAY 1. My plant box

I've got this small plantbox in my terrace and since its been really HOT these days and not to mention that i forget to water my plants sometimes its sad to say that theyre slowly drying out T___T.. but they're in a much better condition i must say compared to the first time they were put there~ lol..

this is the orange flower like thing that grew.. yay!! :D

This is the rose bud that i was looking forward to.. sadly it dried out :( i didn't even get to see it bloom T__T

and here's my tiny bonsai~ there's a flower on it now.. weee~

I love love flowers, plants and just nature in general~ but sadly i'm not good at taking care of them so i'm really glad that they're growing well despite my lack of care sometimes. :)

My 365 blog project.

I've been awfully lazy these past few months. Sleeping in wee hours and waking up in the afternoon, watching tv, and surfing the net has been what i've been up to, so basically i'm just doing whatever i want. It may sound like the 'dream life' to many, but so tired of it already and besides its taking a negative toll on my health and probably my overall take on life. Anyway, as i was surfing the net i've come across 365 blogging project, nothing new i know but i wanted to try it cause it might just change my outlook for the better~ it'll help me appreciate the things i have a lot more too! So without further ado im gonna start with it tomorrow :D I've been known to give up halfway btw, but since i'm really looking forward to this im still gonna pursue it! Let's see how long i'll last.. lol..

I'll leave you guys  with a photo from our trip at Tinago Falls last July~ sad how the pictures don't give justice to how awesome the view really was..
